St Andrew's Ipswich is a 101 bed community hospital that provides services the greater Ipswich community. This is a booming community, with the population base expected to grow from approximately 150,000 to 250,000 over the next ten years.

They are looking for a full-time Obstetrician and Gynaecologist.

The hospital is located in the medical precinct of Ipswich, adjacent to the CBD with specialist rooms within a 5 minute walk of the hospital. Ample parking is available in the hospital car park and also in the surrounding streets.

St Andrew's will also assist in building and marketing your practice to General Practitioners and the community, by facilitating a mail out of a Letter of Introduction to the GP community as well as including your contact details in our Specialist Contact List.

Affordability of housing is pushing young families further west and into a number of adjacent developing communities such as Springfield and Ripley in the east and Laidley in the west.

Ipswich is a 45 minute drive west from the centre of Brisbane (even less if you live in Brisbane's western suburbs) and is accessible via the four lane Ipswich Motorway.
